THEATER PEMBE KURBAĞA
Theatre Pembe Kurbaga was founded in 1984 by Figen Çakmakoğlu and Ali Nihat Yavşan while they were still students at AU DTCF Department of Theatre, under the name Mavi Oyuncular (Blue Players), and has continued its work under the name Theatre Pembe Kurbaga since 1994.
Theatre known for its work in pre/primary school, has also been producing 0-3 Years Old Baby Theatre since 2006; it is the first and only theatre in Turkey in this field.
It regularly opens its curtains at the Pembe Kurbaga Stage, which is the only stage in Türkiye designed specifically for children.

Theater Pembe Kurbağa is a member of ASSITEJ (International Çocuk ve Gençlik Theaterları Birliği) Türkiye Center.
Theater Pembe Kurbağa also regularly carries out volunteer work as part of its social responsibility initiatives.
